We were highly disappointed in the pretzel nuggets now that they got rid of the pretzel logs:( they have no dough it’s like a dried out tasteless rock! If you make a change like that you should inform your customers!! Stop trying to save money it won’t pay off in the end!!
I also don’t recommend the garlic Parmesan
Boneless wings!! They are disgusting and I’m still feeling extremely sick from them!

Went to the Applebee's in Sterling Heights food was good and our Server Sibyl was amazing our new favorite place to dine.

Ordered 4 Mac cheese honey pepper chicken tenders. Tender not word. Cooked well done and very very small chicken tenders. 3 of them. The Noodles had hardly Any cheese sauce. Plenty of bacon For over $20 w tax including 10% pick up at curb tip a pricey meal for what I got. ????

This place is so disgusting! THe food is always cold! The servers are always rude! It's not just one Applebee it is nationwide! Gross!

My husband picked up my order I placed via phone. Quesadilla burger well done with extra peco on the side and broccoli. The meat was pink.

This industry has gotten hit extremely hard by the lazy people who sit at home and collect unemployment rather than working in a restaurant for $13 an hour.
For the last four attempts we've had three to four hour waits for food so we go someplace else.
The very last time wound up with a barely 18 year old child who must have been raised on the streets or with wolves who rabidly barked at us for getting behind the podium and getting our own menus. I said to her that we had waited there for 15 minutes and no one had even greeted us or said there was going to be a wait in which she vehemently barked they were short-handed becoming so frustrated not being able to hold her generation z emotions told me to leave and get out of the store I don't think she had any idea her hourly wage did not give her the authority to do so.
I asked to speak to a manager in which she huffed and puffed and ran out and got one.
I was going to leave a review and just go about my business so I went outside, she came right out beside me and with teenager pent up menstrual emotion barked that the manager will be out to talk to you because you are being a BI*CH!.
She screamed this in front of five children and a mother and multiple customers humiliating me in front of all of them.
The manager eventually came out in which he was already a general manager helping from another store claiming that he couldn't find help and I said this doesn't excuse the unprofessional attitude as well as being screamed at with obscenities especially in front of clientele and if this is how Applebee's is represented then this child should be fired.
He swore up and down he would have HR reach out to me and stated that even they couldn't fire people or do anything they had to call HR and ask them what to do their hands were tied as a corporate entity, I never heard back from them in a week later I went back to find a set of new employees and entire crew replaced and told the manager yet again my story and I still have yet to hear anything back.
The address is 5055 Jacksonville Florida, this Applebee's is hopeless and I will never ever ever return.
If that's how they treat their people? How do you think your food is being treated or lack thereof if they're even washing their hands after they pick their ass or their boogers that are contaminated with covid.. I am disgusted with how I was treated and disgusted with the lack of integrity in every way possible.
I have an unbelievable amount of patience as I am also in the business as a veteran chef, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Applebee’s used to be a very good eatery. Good food, good prices, good service. But the Applebee’s on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta must be run by the most incompetent manager with the laziest staff ever. The food is still so-so, but the service is the worst. I will NEVER eat at another Applebee’s again. The servers are so lazy. Why work? Just stay on government aid for the rest of your life and give someone else a chance at a job. I waited tables when I was in college so I know what excellent looks like. Unfortunately, the Applebees on Peach Orchard does not.

My family and I have dined at Applebee's for years, the food is always been amazing and the customer service has always been excellent, my family and I will always continue to dine at Applebee's

Never will eat @ Applebee’s Again even ur was free!!!! My daughter and I ordered the double crunch chicken wings nasty not cooked thoroughly still cold and undercooked sent them back only to have them bring a new order same thing so we sent them back again told the waitress we dint want another order so she took them off our bill same thing with the chips and queso cold sent that back she took that off the bill seriously what does it take to get hot cooked food? She also brought my daughter the wrong order seriously? She ordered the whiskey bourbon steak and got the chicken instead waitress apologized and brought the right order my steak was over done garlic mashed potatoes didn’t taste like there was any garlic in them and they were also cold same with the broccoli never going back ever!!! This Applebees needs to step it up on their cooking skills and menu selection nothing good on it! Also I ordered the blue raspberry lemonade and were told they were out of lemonade plus my daughter had to ask at least 3 times where her beer was!

I will never order again, I order ribs which was a bad mistake horrible thank god I had an air fryer. My wife order a burger with no pink nothing but pink. We were very disappointed. Willoughby ohio location maplegrove rd. 44094

I live close so like to get take out but twice now when I ordered a Chicken salad - they forgot the Chicken! First time I let it go - but not the second a time! I am done with them even if it means driving 20 to 30 minutes - they are just not worth the bother!

First When My Daughter and I arrived. The Hostess started to seat us at a booth way back by the Rest Rooms, Although there were several Other tables available, So I told her we were going to sit at one of them, I refuse to sit by a rest room and traffic from the kitchen, So she gave us one Menu. Co vid? we get our order in To a Young guy, then \ another waitress brings our soup and salads Puts them on our table and leaves fast, no napkins silverware, or salt and pepper. Let me State here that when I go to Applebee's I always get honey barbQue ribs because they are great, how ever to night, I was served Spicy rib sauce and when I complained The Chef said I was wrong that it was honey barbQue , Honey barbque sauce has never burned my mouth like it was tonight, I asked the waiter for some sugar to stop the burn in my mouth and got it 20 minutes later! Then Darrel the restaurant manager brought new serving of ribs with the sauce on the side,it was cold. Over all a very disappointing supper and I always tip well, 20%but to night 10% was my limit. Not only The waiter failed at his job so did The Restaurant's chef. When I go out to eat it's special, I came hope sad and disappointed in Applebees, Millie
